Itchy Vibes is a one man project founded in 2006 by swedish producer Christian Larsson, who started his musical career as a local dj. The interest in electronic music grew, and he started to compose techno using a dos based sequencer called "Impulse Tracker". As time went by, more and more advanced software became the standard.

During the time of this musical progress he moved to Varberg located at the swedish west coast, to study the fine arts of sound mechanics, audio technology and sound engineering, learning from some of the best sound engineers and producers in the country, and spending his time in one of the best swedish recording studios.

The progress of creating an original sound varied a lot in style, often crossing the border to other genres and styles, but Itchy Vibes finally settled in the melodic ”full on" side of psytrance, inspired by artists such as Astrix, Eskimo, GMS, Son Kite, and Hux Flux, as well as a heavy influence from other parts of the Scandinavian psytrance and techno scene.
